1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Capacity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and Bosmek Entertainment Media Ltd ("Bosmek", "we", "us"). You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal authority to enter into these Terms under the laws of England and Wales.

3. Virtual Credits & Non-Monetary Nature

All credits, coins, tokens, and XP points displayed on Bosmek.com are purely non-monetary virtual counters:

  • Virtual credits have zero real-world value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
  • We do not accept monetary deposits, wagers, or payment card transactions to acquire credits.
  • Replenishments of virtual credits are granted entirely free of charge via in-game systems and daily refills.

4. User Registration & Device Accounts

When establishing a player profile on Bosmek.com, you agree to choose an appropriate handle. Your player profile, level counters, and XP progression are maintained directly within your local browser storage. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your browser environment.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable UK laws or regulations.
  • Submitting abusive, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent messages through our Contact or Lead Test channels.
  • Impersonating another player, moderator, or staff member of Bosmek Entertainment Media Ltd.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our cloud infrastructure.

6. Ban on Automated Scripts, Bots & Cheats

The use of automated scripts, web spiders, macros, browser extensions designed to manipulate spin outcomes, or reverse-engineered code to gain an unnatural advantage is strictly prohibited. Any detected exploitation may result in immediate device blocking.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual game artwork, animations, SVGs, audio synthesis algorithms, logos, trademarks, and documentation published on Bosmek.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Bosmek Entertainment Media Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

8. Platform Availability & Modifications

While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime across our London server clusters, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely secure at all times. We reserve the right to modify, update, or decommission specific games or features without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular recreational purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Bosmek Entertainment Media Ltd and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the platform.

11. External Links & Third-Party Resources

Our platform may contain links to external third-party resources (such as social networks or responsible gaming authorities like BeGambleAware). We exercise no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites and assume no liability for them.

12. Termination & Suspension of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Bosmek.com if we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms or non-compliance with the 18+ age restriction.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
